Nolasi SIA was founded by Guntis Štokmanis, a technology professional who built smart meter receiver hardware and a telemetry platform back in 2014. Nolasi SIA initially operated as a subcontractor for Orols SIA and Sky Meters SIA, and has been providing full-service solutions directly to end clients since 2026.

Why we do this
Nolasi was founded after seeing how much time property managers spent every month walking basements and stairwells to read meters by hand. We started with a simple idea — make that process automatic, accurate, and transparent for both managers and residents. Today we keep expanding the platform while holding onto the same goal: less manual work, more data you can trust.
